A platform for health and
environmental risk assessment

A platform for health and environmental risk assessment

Decisions must invariably be made when one or more key quantities are uncertain.

We offer a unique collaborative framework to develop and share environmental engineering projects

Our objective is to make easier the understanding of the results of expertise for a better communication between the stakeholders.

A collaborative tool dedicated to your projects

Environmental studies involve many scientific disciplines, different professions, and various organizations.

In this situation, communication and mediation through impact scenarios are fundamental. We believe that our collaborative tool can play a key role.

Therefore, our goal is for each report to be both scientifically rigorous and easily understandable for the non-specialist.

Collaborative
workflow

With its discussion and commenting features, our platform facilitates collaboration among teams and specialties. You can choose what you share and optionally grant public access.

Explore scenarios

Beyond a mere visualization tool, our software architecture enables on-the-fly execution of models. This allows you to navigate between different scenarios by easily changing the parameters or input data.

Cloud Computing

Whether you need a small system or, conversely, a large amount of RAM and CPU/GPU, the cloud allows us to mobilize the appropriate hardware, only when you use it

Decision support

Scientific or technical studies are often challenging to comprehend for decision-making purposes. By providing tools to prioritize and contextualize your findings, we assist you in being more didactic.

Technical Expertise

SPATIAL MODELING

We have a solid experience in spatialized data analysis. We use them to build impact scenarios at the landscape scale to assess the risks of chemical or biological contaminants.

For example, we have worked on simulations of population dynamics, the emergence of resistance to pesticides or even the invasive potential of exogenous species.

We implement different modeling approaches: SIR models, exposure-impregnation models, multi-agent systems (briskar-NTL, briskaR).

RISK ASSESSMENT

We have recognized expertise in Bayesian inference of toxicological data to optimize the quality of reference values (NOEC, LOEC, LCx, ECx, SSD, MFx) (Nature Scientific ReportTipping points).

In this context, we participate in the development of several software libraries used by leading players in regulatory ecotoxicology (morserbioaccrPBK).

Our expertise in probabilistic tools for analyzing laboratory data allows us to integrate them into impact scenarios at the landscape scale.

DATA SCIENCES

In addition to expertise in Bayesian inference, we sometimes use and develop different data science techniques.

We are currently adapting very recent tools coupling mechanistic systems to network learning, NeuralODE, in the field of toxicology / ecotoxicology.

We can also bring you our know-how for more traditional data processing such as multi-dimensional data analysis (PCA, LDA, CCA, FA).
